This policy explains what information Unleashed Central LLC collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective date: 2026-10-26.
Information we collect
About you: your name, phone number, email address, home address, and any home access details you give us for visits.
About your dog: name, age, breed, health and vaccination records, veterinarian, behavior history, care instructions, and training progress notes.
Conversations: the texts, emails, and website messages you send us, and our replies.
Appointments and payments: the services you book, dates and times, and what you have paid or owe.
Website visits: we count visits to this website anonymously (the pages viewed, the kind of site or app you came from, phone or computer, and an approximate city, state, and country). We do not store your IP address or use cookies for this, and we skip browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal. These counts are kept for 2 years.
Emails: our emails may include a small image that tells us whether and when the email was opened.
How we use it
To answer your questions, schedule and provide services, keep your dog safe, send reminders and updates, and keep our business records.
We use a virtual assistant to help draft replies. A person on our team reviews anything that needs a human decision.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
We use trusted service providers only to run our business: a texting provider, a database and hosting provider, a calendar provider, and an AI provider that helps draft replies. They may process your information only to provide their service to us.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we believe it's necessary to comply with legal requirements, protect our rights or the rights of others, or protect the safety of a person or animal.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you use our services and for 7 years after your last service with us, for our business and tax records. After that, we delete it.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we have to keep it by law.
How we protect it
Your information is stored with access limited to our team, protected by passwords, and kept in private storage.
No method of sending or storing information over the internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

To see, correct, or ask us to delete your information, contact us at ulcentraltraining@gmail.com or (770) 229-7163. We'll answer within 30 days.
You can stop our emails at any time by replying to ask us to stop.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child gave us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its date.
