These terms cover your use of the Unleashed Central website and our text messaging program. Unleashed Central LLC provides dog training, walking, boarding, daycare, behavioral support, and transportation services in Cumming, GA.
Requests and forms
Sending a form, a chat message, or a text asks us about a service. It does not book or accept any service. We review every request and reply to confirm what we can offer, when, and at what price.
Please give accurate information about you and your dog, including health and behavior history, so we can keep everyone safe.
Text messaging program
Program name: Unleashed Central Customer Care. We text about your inquiry, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, care updates about your dog, and other information about the services you ask about or use with us.
Some replies are written with the help of our virtual assistant. A person on our team reviews anything that needs a human decision.
Our texts come from (404) 390-2782, the number we use for appointment confirmations and updates. You can reply to them. To reach us any time, call or text (770) 229-7163.
How you agree to texts
You agree to receive texts from our texting number when you tick the optional texting box on one of our forms or in our website chat. The box is never ticked for you, and you can send any form without ticking it.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying any service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your conversation and appointments.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Stopping texts (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and nothing more unless you text us again or sign up again.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
